How to Increase Training Motivation? → You Are Soft (A Rant)

This article serves to boost your motivation via reframing your current situation into a positive one, because the truth is, you have the potential for physical greatness, afforded to you by bloodlines of men who were forced into serfdom and mediocrity.

Men who were most likely not taught how to read. Who farmed the land while being malnourished, as their kings and noblemen feasted.

You have the opportunity your bloodline could not have dreamed of.

Do not squander it through porn, fast food, and pressing snooze. Become what it is well within your potential to become. In the process of that becoming, see every single part of your life (business, romance, your confidence, all improve as a result)

You want to be “in good shape?”

Getting yourself into good shape as a man means better than average shape—which means carrying some muscle (the average guy has virtually zero gains) and staying somewhere under 15% body fat, which is the stage of leanness where your muscle starts to show.

If you can do that, and you can deadlift 3 plates (140kg+), squat 2 plates (100kg+), and overhead press 1 plate (60kg+)—perfectly achievable for the average man's genetics—you are going to pass the "Is this guy in shape?" test in any room in the world you walk into.

That is going to make your life better, at least somewhat.

The byproduct of achieving those goals will mean your body proportions will be such that women will check you out—even if you're over 50. Your friends and family will notice the change in you, and your confidence will be sky-high.

Other men will respect you before you have even opened your mouth.

Most men are fat and out of shape. Or skinny fat and out of shape.

Most men work their job, bang out a couple of kids with a woman they are no longer attracted to, and call it there.

With a little consistent effort, you can easily eclipse most men (lap them round the block, in fact) and become far above average.

You have to believe that the bar is set low.

Here is what you need to do:

  • Consistency in your workouts3x a week is the minimum. I have never seen someone successful with less, after coaching hundreds of guys and working in fitness since 2010.

Those workouts don’t all need to be in the gym.

  • You need to film your sets.Yes, become one of those dudes with a tripod in the gym. It will make all the difference. No doubt you have a smartphone that can film.

  • You need a coach. I can advise you on diet, training, and how to run your life to look and feel badass.

You can do it. Let’s go.

My coaching system, The ROI Method, helps men optimise their crucial markers and look and feel badass. It’s all about making sure that the effort you put in pays off big time—optimising your return on investment.

If you want to book a consultation with me (I do online and some in-person coaching), you can click here to get in touch.

It's time to level up and become epic.
