Harsh Truth: Most Men Over The Age Of 35 Never Get Into The Shape They Truly Want

Six years ago I was 'most guys.'  

I was overweight and I was suffering from chronic lower back pain, shoulder, and knee injuries.​ On top of that, I was coming out of a failed marriage, I was drinking too much and my stress was high. 

I knew something had to change to stop the dark path I was going down. It was around that time that I got myself an online coach and began my slow journey of mental and physical recovery. 

Anyway, long story short, I left the marriage I was in, slowly got my eating habits together and learned how to train correctly for my body. I was able to overcome all my injuries and get into the best shape of my life on a permanent basis. 

This change had an incredible impact on my life. On top of being a fitness coach I used my new found confidence and became a dating coach and I ended moving countries to teach my craft as a result. Mad I know.  

I now have a life that is beyond the wildest dreams of the version of me that existed 6 years ago.

How my System Gets Guys into the 
Best Shape of Their Lives  

After 11 years of working as a trainer I found that most guys that want to transform their bodies lack three things - accountability, knowledge and implementation. Even when they have a personal trainer, they show up for an hour session once per week and leave clueless. With my system we eradicate that. Here is what it contains.

  • One video call with me each week (10-45 minutes long) to keep you accountable to your goals. I mentor you with the skills to get exactly where you need. We lean into all my years of experience (I first worked in a gym all the way back in 2010) to move you towards your goals by consistently making the right decisions. 

  • Video Feedback - To become excellent at exercise and build muscle faster than ever before.                                                                                                                         You film your exercises and send them over to me each week for weekly world class feedback that you can implement in your training sessions for the rest of the week. Most people are visual learners therefore seeing what you are doing on video will help you progress faster than cues from a personal trainer without seeing yourself. (This is the dirty secret the fitness industry doesn't want you to know.)

  • You will receive a tailored training program written by me using a system I learned from the best body building coaches in the world (3DMJ Muscle Journey - was personally mentored by them for 5 years). This training program will be updated to match your evolution on at a monthly if not weekly basis. Your program will be designed to match your unique muscular/skeletal structure, injury history and own individual tolerance to exercise to ensure you move towards your goals whether that is getting leaner, becoming physically stronger and losing or gaining scale weight to become the most aesthetic bad ass version of you. 

  • Nutrition guidance/nutrition plan. Don't know how to track calories or eat right for your body type? I will personally coach you on this in our weekly calls and give you specific homework to upskill yourself that will be monitored by me so that you achieve your goals. 


What Makes Me Qualified To Coach You?

  • Firstly I am a success story for not being an alcoholic degenerate living in London slowly rotting away and my clients can say the same. Having coached men in and around the Square Mile London for over a decade I am well versed in the trappings of the city life and have the tools to help you navigate it. 

  • I have also competed multiple times in bodybuilding competitions so I officially know a thing or to about getting leaner more than any man needs to to be beach body ready. 

  • I have overcome nearly all injuries (lower back, knees, shoulders, right bicep .. you name it) I accomplised this by diving into the books, seeking specialist help, investing thousands into courses and never giving up. This is the exact same mindset I will teach to you, the only difference is you get to leap frog all my years of aqquiring knowledge and go straight to the good stuff of implementing strategies that work.  

  • With other ventures on my plate I deliberately take on no more than 6 clients at a time which means coaching is a passion project for me, not a numbers game so every client gets my full attention. 

Men like us don't need personal trainers to succeed we need​ another human that understands us, keeps us accountable and keeps us on track.
