I had been using the gym on and off for couple of years before I met Tim. After three months of working out with Tim, I am already in a better physical shape than ever before. Tim Says – I’d already known David for quite a while before we started working together. We got david into great shape by focusing on an important training principle.. Progressive Overload, basically, continuing to get stronger and push more in each of his workouts…. This important principle applied across key core exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench presses allowed David to get in the shape of his life… That is, coupled with a carefully regimented diet plan. David has the ability to stick to a diet plan very well so this was a great part of working with him.

After a bit of a shaky start, just before Christmas, we really got into it from January and pushing forwards and achieved some of the best results I have got with any client.

We focused on classic bodybuilding exercises to really bring up his chest, back, arms and shoulders. The diet was where we made the biggest difference. Using a classic bodybuilding macronutrient split, we tried to emphasise a diet based around as many unprocessed foods as possible, high protein intake and trying to limit alcohol intake where possible.

I had already come a long way before meeting Tim (I had already lost around 18kg), I was a little skeptical about just where I could go and whether I even needed to sign back up to more personal training sessions.
However, Tim’s enthusiasm and knowledge convinced me to give it a go and see just how far I could improve myself and my body. It sounded a little ridiculous when he and I first mentioned the goal of getting me into a position of having a six pack but the transformation I have made in the four months since being on his plan has been remarkable and, for the first time ever, when I look in the mirror I am really happy with what I see.
Tim makes his training sessions fun and I actually look forward to hitting the gym. The exercises are obviously effective and he has a good sense of what I want to accomplish with his help. So working with Tim has really been a big part of what I am doing, the training I have been doing.
It’s helped me focus on what I’m doing and why I’m doing it more than anything else.
There was a couple of elements, the first part was actually getting down and understanding what my values are and what are the things that are important to me. What drives me outside of the gym,
because actually, that’s the same thing that drives me inside the gym. The key things that Tim taught me are that there aren’t two distinct parts of my life, there isn’t the fitness me the physical me and every other part of me. There isn’t the part of me that’s work, and the part that’s play, it’s all me.
And the things that are important out there are important in here, and understanding what those drivers are and understanding how having health and fitness in every part of my life enhance all parts of my life was one of the key things we talked about.
One of the ways we did that was thinking about how what I’m doing now, how it will affect my life is ten years’ time. The future pacing helped me visualize what it is I want to be and what I want to do.
I changed my diet, I changed my perception on myself, the way I carry myself, the way I look at myself. The confidence that I feel I now project that I never did before.
I don’t have the distinction between who I am and who I want to project, because actually now they are the same person.
I used to walk into a room feel a bit out of shape, with a bit of a belly. Had bulges coming in all the wrong places.
But I wanted to project an air of confidence, I work in a high powered corporate environment, and actually, confidence is the thing that drives you, it’s the thing that pushes you forward.
Before it was, not absolutely, but at least to some extent, an act. Whether I realized it or not, I think sometimes I knew I was doing it, and sometimes I didn’t. Well, at least to some extent, an act. And I knew it was an act because, when I got home I was exhausted. There wasn’t that harmony between who I was and who I was projecting, whereas actually now, I feel like there is there is that harmony.
I am not where I want to be yet, but actually, I am a lot further than I thought I would be, and actually, my approach to everything has changed.
Within 10 weeks, Zahid lost 5kg of fat, lost 4 inches off his waist, and gained 1.5 inches on his arms and 3.5 inches on his chest.

I feel I have to mention how great my experience with Tim has been. I had been an irregular gym goer and never saw a change in my body… enter Tim! Right from the get-go, I knew that I was in the best possible hands – Tim’s approach was totally different from any other trainers I had spoken to before – plus his diet hints were totally unique.
The training sessions were grueling but so so much fun – Tim could not have been more encouraging (he could have charged me extra for all the emotional therapy he gave me to!).

– I believe I am one of the few women that trained with Tim and I can attest for his versatility as a trainer.
– I got his contact through a friend’s recommendation and I don’t know you who are reading this review but take my advice and let me pass this recommendation forward.
– I was unfit when I started training with Tim, never having trained in a consistent fashion (classic couch potato).
