Training in person with Tim includes

  • One to one training sessions with Tim Robinson (two to four per week depending on coaching option)
  • Dietary analysis and nutrition coaching
  • Diet Plan adjusted weekly to monthly as required
  • Postural assessment and strength testing
  • Smart Goal setting – specific targets relative to goals.
  • Training program adjusted weekly to monthly as required accessible on Google Drive
  • Body Fat Testing
  • Measurements (weight, circumferences) accessible on Google Drive.
  • Photo Tracking Analysis (before and after photos)
  • Email/phone/WhatsApp accessibility.
  • Access to results and training program via google docs.
  • Photoshoot prep if desired
  • Physio Referral (10 pounds off per appointment with A- Therapy)
  • Invite to Tim Robinson Coaching Events (socials events with members of the Tim Robinson Coaching team)
