My Training Philosophy

My Training Philosophy.

My clients come to me, generally I believe, because they want to look good, feel good, and feel strong. If I can help them do this, then I’ve done a good job.

The time I spend with each client every week is limited, so it’s important we focus on doing what it takes to get results.

Unlike much of the rest of the fitness industry, I believe the most time should be spent with clients teaching them exercises that will help them get stronger. Its when we get stronger, that we tend to build the muscle we have always wanted. And the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolic rate.

Here is a loose plan that I follow with clients.

  1. Develop a training program based on your goals with time-framed targets.
  2. Teach you how to lift progressively heavier weights.. (so you can get stronger and look like you lift)
  3. Track progress and results constantly to assess progress.
  4. Emphasize correct exercise form for each exercise.
  5. Establish dietary habits you can maintain

(My How Coaching Works page really highlights the basic structure of the process that I follow with my clients to achieve physical transformation)
