My name is Tim and I believe, with a little coaching, hard work, and vision, along with a few simple steps, that everybody can develop a great body.
My Fitness Journey
Meet me today and you will meet somebody that loves training and learning the best strategies to help men get in shape. However, it wasn’t always that way. Up until the age of 15, I had quite a few problems with weight management and looked quite the opposite of the chap on the right. When I was 17 years old, I joined a gym for the first time after seeing a Mens ‘Health 6 Pack in 6 Weeks’ challenge. Despite not having a clue what I was doing, I soon got addicted to the weights and the feeling of accomplishment that came with improving what my body could do.
Here is a photo of me trying to pose on holiday aged 19 (still with a long way to go but I managed to burn off a bit of the puppy fat by then).
Around this time I qualified as a fitness instructor and started working in a small gym near me. After a few years, I became a fitness manager for a Virgin Active on the outskirts of London.
Miami Pro 2013 (Fitness Model Competition)
In 2013, I decided to take my training and physique to the next level and step on stage as a physique competitor.
I knew I needed a big enough goal to challenge me enough to get into my best shape.
Anyway, as you can see I got pretty ripped here and dialed my body fat down very low, dropping about 10kgs for the show.
I didn’t win the contest, but I did get into the shape of my life and learn a hell of a lot about dieting, muscle building and the mental aspect of getting results. After this competition, I decided it was time to be a full-time personal trainer. I left my job as a fitness manager and started working a gym in Tower Bridge London.
Now I have my own company – Tim Robinson Coaching where I coach out of a private studio in Liverpool Street London.
My Career as a Personal Trainer and Body Transformation Coach
I have been fortunate to work with some awesome clients that have achieved incredible results.
I am known for helping men to get into lifetime best shape. I help men shift spare tires and revealing hard muscle. My training methods use what works to build muscle and shed fat. I take training concepts from bodybuilding and powerlifting to design effective programs.
Everything program for each client is unique according to each person’s strengths, weakness, and goals. Although I do stick to a few pieces of training principles that I believe in with each client to help push results to the next level.
Using my 6 step method it’s my goal to help transform the lives of as many men as possible in London, one body at a time.
