Deadlifting, basically the art of picking stuff up off the floor.
There is no doubt that the deadlift is one of the most brutal challenging exercises that you can perform, however, it does have a few strong benefits that make it worth your while, including, learning how to pick things up of the floor and, it pretty much involves almost every muscle in your body.
